Vítor Madalosso Szmuklerz Vel Fuks

Vítor represents domestic and foreign clients in Competition Law/Antitrust matters. His experience includes work on merger control filings and highly complex M&A transactions, as well as representation before CADE (the Brazilian antitrust authority) in investigations and administrative proceedings related to anticompetitive conduct, in addition to competition compliance advisory and commercial practices review. He also has experience with administrative sanctioning proceedings before the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission).

• Law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP).
